confidence and trust, and accordingly maintains the following privacy
policy to protect personal information you provide online.
Basic Confidentiality Policy
It is DTW Innovative
Solutions, Inc. (DTW) policy that personal information, such as your
name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, is private and
confidential. The personal information you provide is stored in a secure
offline location, is accessible only by designated staff, and is used
only for the purposes for which you provide the information (such as to
reply to your request or to handle your complaint). Our credit card
processing site, 2CheckOut carries the Visa and
MasterCard seals for secure transactions. DTW does not
have access to your credit card information.
No Release of Information
Personal information
will not be released to third parties.
No Computer Tracking
Our computer is not set up
to track, collect or distribute personal information about our visitors.
It does recognize the home server of visitors, but not e-mail addresses.
For example, we can tell which Internet Service Provider our visitors
use, but not the names, addresses or other information about our
visitors that would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our
sites. This information is used only for internal purposes by DTW
technical support staff.
Support policies
We take pride in offering great customer support for our Electronic PDF forms. We make them and know best how to fix problems that may arise. There are, however, some limitations as to what we can do:
- We will support all form issues for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- We may not offer free support for forms which have been significantly altered by customer.
Refund policy
Our Electronic PDF forms are classified as software and, as such, are usually not refundable outside of our warranty as described above under Support Policies shown above. If you are having issues upon receipt of your converted form, please contact us ASAP so we may get it resolved.
If you have installation problems with any product, please contact us as soon as possible. We can help resolve the issue, repackage the form(s), or take other measures to get you up to speed as quickly as possible.
